This tart was an attempt to incorporate and the gorgeous fruits available to me.   

Emphasizing the beauty of fresh fruit in a refined dessert.   

The usual organic and local fruits topped with a light apricot glaze.  

Nothing out of the ordinary, focusing on technique and simplicity.
